Plenty of signature darts are a player's name on a barrel someone else designed. This is not one of those. The MvG Signature Edition is the exact tour specification the three-time World Champion throws on the professional circuit, and this release is the first to fit it with Winmau's Switch Point system - so you can own his setup without being locked into his point.

Shot blast and atom grip, working together

The barrel is 90% tungsten in a parallel profile cut to MvG's own specification: 6.3mm across 53mm in all three weights. The shot blast coating gives the whole surface a fine, even texture, and the atom grip - a precision-machined pattern cut across the contact zones - gives the fingers somewhere definite to sit. One creates the friction, the other channels the hold. It is the combination that makes the throw feel locked in rather than merely rough.

28mm Switch Points, and they fit four systems

Each set comes fitted with 28mm smooth silver Winmau Switch Points, MvG's competition setup, plus a spare set and the Switch Point tool. The barrel thread is M2.5, which means it is universally compatible with Target Swiss Points, Harrows Quick Points and Caliburn Evo EZ Points as well as Winmau's own - so you can change point length, finish or style across four major systems without ever changing barrels. If you experiment with your setup, or play on boards of very different densities, that is a genuine advantage rather than a spec-sheet line.

Where it sits in the MvG range

This is the top of Michael's range and the closest you can get to his match darts. For the same name at a lower price point, the MvG ExAct and MvG EvoX are both stocked, and his flights are in the MvG Fusion system.
