ArrowHeadz is the trading name of Arrow Headz Ltd (company number 15448560), a company registered in England and Wales.
Whenever you shop with us these terms apply. If you need more information please take a look at the information pages found in the footer of our website or get in touch.
Our terms are occasionally updated and we last reviewed them in November 2025.
Our Customers
To shop with us, you need to:
- Have a payment method that we accept
- Be authorised to use that payment method
- Have a delivery address in the UK
Orders Placed with Arrow Headz Ltd / ArrowHeadz
If you have provided a valid email address, you’ll receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept and begin to process your order once payment has been approved.
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to accommodate requests but once orders have been dispatched it’s impossible to make any changes.
All orders are subject to availability.
We do not permit the purchase of our products for the purpose of resale, raffles, competitions, or prize draws without prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of being placed for these purposes. Any cancelled orders will be refunded in full.
In very rare circumstances we may need to complete further checks before fulfilling an order. If this is the case, please be patient with us and remember you can always contact the team for more info.
Prices and Product Descriptions
We work hard to keep our product descriptions accurate and up to date. If you have any specific questions or comments about a product, please get in touch with the team.
Prices include VAT (and is applied for all orders delivered in the UK). Currently, we do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK; however, this is kept under review.
Delivery costs are also charged (you can find more information on our Shipping, Returns & Refunds pages). Delivery costs will be clearly shown during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.
Delivery
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times depending on your delivery address.
Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, may limit the services provided to us by DPD or our couriers — please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external companies.

Discount Codes
Sometimes we share Discount Codes through our VIP newsletter or on social media, which lets you reduce the price of your purchase. Remember to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us to make sure you don’t miss out.
Each Discount Code has its own terms, and these will be shared when we publish a discount code.
You’ll need to remember to enter the Discount Code when you checkout. Note: Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

Inappropriate Use of Our Website
