Luke Littler

  • World Ranking: PDC #1
  • Darts Used: Luke Littler G1, 90% Tungsten, 22g
  • Walkout Song: Greenlight (feat. Flo Rida & LunchMoney Lewis) by Pitbull
  • Nationality: English
  • Date of Birth: 21st January 2007

In January 2026 Luke Littler beat Gian van Veen 7-1 at Alexandra Palace, averaging 106 across a final that lasted just over 43 minutes. It made him only the fourth player ever to defend the Sid Waddell Trophy — after Phil Taylor, Adrian Lewis and Gary Anderson — the first to go back-to-back since Anderson in 2016, and the first million-pound World Champion. He has still only lost one match at Ally Pally: the 2024 final, on debut, to Luke Humphries.

What he actually throws

The dart is the Target Luke Littler Gen 1: 23g, 90% tungsten, Swiss Point. It is a multi-grip barrel rather than a single repeated pattern — which is worth knowing before you buy, because a multi-grip suits players who are not yet certain exactly where their fingers land. The signature dart range also includes the G1 Prodigy, the 95% tungsten Edge and the Loadout.

The cheapest way into his setup

You do not need the barrel. His K-Flex flight-and-stem unit threads into the universal 2BA fitting, so it will go straight onto darts you already own — including other brands. That makes it far and away the most affordable piece of the setup, and it comes in No.2 and No.6 plus the World Champion editions. Browse it all in Littler gear.

If your barrels are Swiss Point enabled, Swiss SLK points are the next piece. The 2026 playing shirt and the complete 'The Nuke' dartboard set finish the job. Everything together sits in the full Luke Littler collection.

If you are buying for a younger player

Littler is the reason a generation picked up darts, and the Gen 1 at 23g is a genuinely sensible first serious set rather than just a merchandise buy — 23g is the most recommended starting weight in the game. See all 23g darts to compare, or the gift range.

Frequently Asked Questions

▶ What darts does Luke Littler use?

His signature Target Gen 1 in 23g — 90% tungsten, Swiss Point, with a multi-grip barrel. It is the dart he won both world titles with.

▶ Can I use his K-Flex on darts I already own?

Yes. K-Flex threads into the standard 2BA fitting, so it fits almost any steel tip barrel regardless of brand, and replaces your flight and stem in one part.

▶ How many world titles has he won?

Two — 2025 and 2026, from three consecutive finals. He lost the 2024 final to Luke Humphries on his tournament debut.

▶ Is the Gen 1 a good dart for a beginner?

It is a reasonable first serious set. 23g is the standard recommended starting weight, and the multi-grip barrel is forgiving of a grip that is still settling. It is a real playing dart, not a novelty.
