ArrowHeadz uses DPD Next Business Day Delivery for most UK shipments. This page explains our dispatch times, delivery regions, costs and pre-order policy. Please read carefully so you know what to expect with your order.

Dispatch & Cutoff

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day for orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. We do not offer guaranteed Saturday or Sunday delivery unless specified at checkout.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email (and SMS if provided).

My delivery address is wrong — what should I do?

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.

My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it

Please check with neighbours or anyone else at the delivery address first. If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, contact us promptly and we’ll raise an investigation with the courier.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Deliveries usually take place on business days only. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless explicitly offered at checkout.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
