Red Dragon - Gerwyn Price RD-Pro - 90% Tungsten Darts (SP)

Gezzy's signature V cut on a 90% tungsten competition dart

RD-Pro is the tier aimed at serious competitors, and it is the one that carries Gerwyn Price's signature V cut. The barrel shape is taken from his Blue Originals, so it keeps the parallel profile, rounded front and centre balance that took him to the top of the sport, but the grip placement has been sharpened with re-machined silver milling alongside the rings. The result is a hold that bites on every throw and lets go the same way, dart after dart.

Onyx, silver and metallic blue in three weights

The 90% tungsten barrel is finished in black onyx, with the milled sections showing bright silver and Gerwyn's metallic blue V cut running through the middle. All three weights share the same 50.8mm length, with the diameter stepping up as the weight goes up: 6.3mm at 21g, 6.54mm at 23g and 6.83mm at 25g. That spread is wider than any other tier in the collection, so this is the Gerwyn Price dart to choose if you throw light or heavy.

RD-Pro or RD-Ultra?

Both run Winmau Switch Points and both come on Gerwyn's Nitro Flite No.2 integrated flights. RD-Pro gives you one set of 30mm Smooth Black points, the tool and three weight options at a lower price. The RD-Ultra adds a second 40mm point set, spare standard flights and shafts, and a more intricate milled grip, but only comes in 23g. Stepping down, the RD-ADV keeps the same barrel shape with a full-length micro-grip and a conventional flight and shaft setup.
