Ryan Searle joins the Geo series

Harrows launched Geo with three house barrels, the GEO 01 Parallel, GEO 02 Torpedo and GEO 03 Bomb. This is the first player edition: Geo milling on the tapered profile Ryan 'Heavy Metal' Searle has thrown for years, in his black, silver and red. As with every Searle set, the weights go a long way up. You can pick anything from 22g to the 32g Ryan plays with, all on the same 51mm barrel.

More bite than the Series 3

The Heavy Metal Series 3 relied on a skull-milled front and a coarse sandblast for a 3/5 feel. The Geo goes further. Deep Geo cuts run through the grip section, red-ringed cuts sit at the rear and the whole barrel is sandblasted, so there is noticeably more for your fingers to hold, and the skull panels still give you a reference point. If you found the Heavy Metal QP or Series 3 a little smooth, this is the one to try.

Two complete setups in the box

The darts arrive built with 26mm black HM Grip Quick Points and Heavy Metal branded black Solo No.2 integrated flights in Midi. A spare set of longer 30mm silver HM Grip points and red Solo No.2 flights come in the box, so you can change the look, the point length or the balance without buying anything extra. The Heavy Metal Quick Point case holds the spares and the tool.
