The NX90 has been one of the most successful darts Harrows have released in recent years, and the range has now been refitted with the Quick Point system. It comes in three profiles — tapered, parallel and bomb — and this is the parallel: the slimmest of the three, and the one to reach for if you throw a tight group and want the barrel out of the way of the next dart.

Ringed, micro and scalloped cuts

The grip sequence is the one that made the original NX90 popular: ringed bands for a positive stop, micro cuts for feedback and scalloped sections for a clean release, running the full 51mm of the barrel at a moderate 3/5. Weight sits in the middle rather than the nose, which suits a level throw. Four widths across the range — 6.50mm at 22g, 6.60mm at 23g, 6.70mm at 24g and 7.00mm at 26g — all match weighed to ±0.05g.

Change your points by hand, with the tool in the box

Quick Point does away with the repointing tool entirely. The 26mm points supplied pull and push by hand, so you can change length, colour or texture between throws to suit a tight board or tune your trajectory. This is the full 13-piece set, so the premium Quick Point tool with integrated point storage is included, and HM Grip or Micro Ridge points will change the feel of the front of the dart.
