RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At ArrowHeadz, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes, despite careful consideration, a product may not meet your expectations. With our "No-Fuss Returns" policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered.
Now the boring, but necessary bit !
Returns within 14 Days: You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items.
Please be aware: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it , unused and unworn with tags and in its original packaging. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the product.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Gift Cards
- Customised items
- Used items
STEP 1: To start a return please contact us via our contact form including:
- Name, address & Email details
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or replacement
- IF the item is damaged or is the incorrect item please upload a photo of the product / damage
We will confirm that we are expecting the return and that you may proceed to STEP 2.
Please note that sending items back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
STEP 2: Carefully package the item being returned ensuring return condition requirements are met and preserved.
STEP 3: Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping . Once we have received the returned item, assuming all conditions are met we will process your refund within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. No alternative refund arrangements are permitted. Where applicable for faulty , damaged or incorrect good ArrowHeadz will refund the return shipping cost however we are not liable for return costs via premium shipping methods or where good are returned for reasons other than the goods being faulty or the incorrect product from that ordered.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service to return items to us as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
If you require an exchange there is an additional shipping charge for sending out the replacement item. There is a £2 administration fee when darts are sent back for a refund, with all other items the administration fee is 20%.
