Developed for Phil 'The Power' Taylor — sixteen times Champion of the World. Phil bowed out of the PDC circuit at the start of 2018 and wanted to continue his journey with a dart reflecting the experience and dedication of that career. The Generation 5 is that dart: balanced for the stacking style of play The Power is famous for.

Trapezoidal cuts, blush gold armour

Each 95% tungsten barrel is cut with Target's stunning Trapezoidal Grip technology for outstanding grip and feel, then hand-sandblasted to a distinct matte texture at the rear, laser-etched with Phil's signature and the Target logo, and coated in Blush Gold and Black PVD Titanium Nitride for long-lasting protection and enhanced grip — a balanced 3/5 through the front and centre. The compact bomb runs 7.70mm x 40.0mm at 22g and 24g, swelling to 7.85mm x 41.7mm at 26g. Each set is finished with an Ultra.Ghost+ flight, Power Titanium G5 shaft and Diamond Pro point.

The 9Five dynasty

The G5 sits mid-dynasty: the Power 9Five G4 before it shares the stacking bomb concept, the G6 after it took the line into Swiss Point territory, and the modern G11 shows where it all led. Exact-match Ultra Ghost G5 Vapor S flights (red) are stocked for restocks.
