One piece, no joints to work loose

Shot's professional surround is a single injection-moulded ring rather than a jigsaw of segments, and that is the whole argument for it. Segmented surrounds have joints that loosen, gap and eventually let a dart slip between them; this one has nothing to come apart. It slips straight over any standard-sized board and it is finished - no mounts, no fixings, no assembly.

High-density polymer that grips the point

The durable, high-density polymer is built to hold stray steel points firmly instead of deflecting them away. That protects the dart as much as the wall: a point that stops cleanly in polymer keeps its shape, where one that skids off a hard surface does not. It is rated for heavy use, so a club wall or a shop lane will not see it off.

Non-reflective, so nothing pulls your eye

Under a bright board light a glossy surround throws glare back at you mid-throw. Shot finish this one with a non-reflective surface specifically to remove that distraction, with the Shot Darts logo as the only marking. At roughly 690mm across, 38mm thick and 2kg, it is heavy-duty but easy to lift on and off with one hand. It is the natural frame for a Bandit 4th Generation or Ranger board, and also comes in red.
