Gnarly Rippah Turbo Point darts: 6/5 grip with swappable points

Shot built the Gnarly range to push past their own grip scale, and the Rippah sits right at the top of it. This Turbo Point edition takes the same 90% tungsten barrel as the original fixed-point Gnarly Rippah and threads the front for Shot's Turbo Point system. The cuts, shape and weight feel are unchanged; the difference is that the points now screw in and out, so you can change length or style whenever you like instead of being stuck with what came fitted.

Pillar rings at the front, a fusion grip at the tail

Shot give the Rippah a 6 out of 5 grip rating, and it earns it along the whole barrel. The front is cut with tall pillar rings that lock your fingers into the same spot every throw. Towards the back, Shot's fusion grip mixes heavy rings with V-cuts that bite into the tail end, so the rear fingers get just as much purchase as the front. It's a wide, torpedo-shaped dart at 7.7mm across, measuring 50mm at 24g and 52mm at 26g, and Shot list it as front balanced, so the weight sits forward and pulls the dart through towards the board.

Turbo Points, matching flights and the rest of the Gnarly range

Each set arrives with 30mm black Turbo Steel Tip Dart Points fitted, plus Gnarly Rippah No.6 flights in the same spiked artwork as the packaging. The Turbo Dart Point Tool included in the box makes point changes quick. If you'd rather have a slimmer, straight-sided barrel with the same level of bite, the Gnarly Shredda Turbo Point is its closest relative.
