Kinsuji translates from Japanese as 'gold line' — the mark of high-quality craftsmanship found on finely forged blades — and Mission's tribute wears the name well: a premium 95% tungsten barrel dressed in a luxurious gold PVD coating, built with a swordsmith's attention to detail.

Ultra-slim, alternating cuts

At just 6.00mm to 6.45mm wide on a long 55mm platform, the Kinsuji is one of the slimmest barrels in the shop — a genuine grouping specialist. The straight body carries a lengthy section of alternating radial cuts for excellent full-length grip at 3/5, bookended by a small smooth rear section with the laser-etched Mission logo and a smooth bull nose flowing into the black point. Three published weights: 6.00mm at 22g, 6.20mm at 24g and 6.45mm at 26g.

Finished to match

The set is completed with short black Mission Sabre shafts gripping matching Kinsuji flights — the full gold-and-black presentation from the first throw.
