The Shark Bates is Loxley's signature dart for Owen "Shark" Bates — and it has bite to match the nickname. Loxley themselves rate the grip a full 10/10, making this one of the most aggressive barrels in our entire store. A straight 90% barrel with serious teeth

Underneath the aggression is a sensible spec: a straight 90% tungsten barrel at 50.8mm with a maximum width of 6.8mm in the single 23g weight — slim enough for tight grouping, with centre balance keeping the flight neutral so the grip is the only wild thing about it. The fitted points run a long 35mm (29mm protruding), giving extra reach into the board, and 100-micron flights come supplied.
