Strength from the Silika coating

Harrows print the design on premium 100 micron material and then apply the Silika coating, which they say significantly increases the flight's strength and minimises damage. The coarse finish adds surface area, and Harrows say this slows the dart in flight and steadies its path. Full-size standard wings give plenty of lift.
