Target Japan Flights

Target Japan K-Flex flights — Japanese-market designs on Target's integrated flight-and-shaft system, in colourways and player editions the UK range never sees.

The range spans the Diamond and Purple designs, the Aqua series in No.2 and No.6, Haruki Muramatsu's Rising Sun and Tung Suk's Zenith — the same hardware Team Target throw on stage, wearing artwork made for Japan.

What K-Flex actually is

K-Flex is one piece, not two. Target precision-mould the flight and shaft together, so there's no flight to work loose and drop out mid-throw, and the injection moulding holds the flight at a true 90 degrees for the life of the set rather than opening up as folded flights do. A patented twist along the shaft section lets the whole unit move when another dart hits it, shedding bounce-outs.

Frequently Asked Questions

▶ Will K-Flex fit my darts?

Almost certainly — K-Flex uses the universal 2BA thread and screws straight into the barrel, so it fits the vast majority of steel-tip and soft-tip darts. You don't need Target darts or any separate shaft to use them.

▶ Do I buy shafts separately?

No — that's the point of the system. The shaft is moulded into the flight, so one purchase replaces both. Choose your length at the point of buying: short (19mm), intermediate (26mm) or medium (33mm).

▶ No.2 or No.6 for a Japanese setup?

No.2 is the wider standard shape — more drag, more stability, generally kinder to a slower or lobbed throw. No.6 is smaller and flies faster and flatter, which suits the quick, direct release common in the Japanese scene.

▶ Why buy the Japanese designs?

Purely for the artwork and rarity — the system underneath is identical to UK K-Flex. Allocations to the UK are small, so designs seldom return once sold.
