1. Who is running this promotion
This prize draw is run by Arrow Headz Ltd, 27 Castle Quarter, Norwich, NR1 3DD (referred to below as "the Promoter").
Questions about the promotion should be sent to web@arrowheadz.co.uk.
2. Promotion name
The promotion is run under the name "Target Japan Goodie Bag Giveaway".
3. Who can enter
3.1 Entry is limited to people living in the United Kingdom who are 18 or older on the date they enter.
3.2 Anyone who works for the Promoter, lives with or is closely related to someone who does, or who has a professional involvement in running this promotion, cannot take part.
3.3 Before any prize is handed over, the Promoter may ask a winner to confirm their age, identity and UK residency.
3.4 Any entry made under a false name, someone else's identity, a throwaway email address, or through bots, scripts or any other tool designed to get around the normal entry process will be treated as invalid.
4. When the promotion runs
4.1 Entries open at 11:00am UK time on 3rd August 2026.
4.2 Entries close at 11:59pm UK time on 31st August 2026.
4.3 Anything received outside those times will not go into the draw.
5. The prize
5.1 There are three prize bundles to be won, and three winners will be drawn at random. Each winner receives one bundle.
5.2 Every bundle is identical and contains:
- MILLI Case
- DS3 Dart Stand
- Target Japan K-FLEX
- Target Japan Premium Swiss Points
- Target Cushion
5.3 There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. How to enter
There are two ways to take part. You only need to use one of them.
6.1 Entry by purchase
a) Buy any set of Target Japan tungsten darts from ArrowHeadz.co.uk while the promotion is open and you will be given one entry into the draw.
b) The order must be placed and the payment approved before entries close.
c) Orders placed before the promotion opened, abandoned baskets, cancelled orders, refunded orders and any order where payment does not go through will not earn an entry.
d) We will use the email address attached to the qualifying order to get in touch if you win.
6.2 Free entry (no purchase needed)
a) To enter without buying anything, send an email to web@arrowheadz.co.uk while the promotion is open, with "Target Japan Goodie Bag Giveaway" as the subject line.
b) Your email needs to include:
- Your full name
- Your full UK postal address
- Your email address
c) Nothing needs to be bought, paid for or subscribed to in order to enter this way.
d) Free entries must reach us within the entry window to count.
e) Emails missing any of the details listed above will not be entered.
f) We will use the email address you write in from to get in touch if you win.
6.3 Both routes count the same
Neither route gives you a better chance than the other. Purchase entries and free entries all go into one draw and are treated identically.
7. Picking the winners
7.1 The draw will be held live on the ArrowHeadz TikTok channel at 1:00pm UK time on 1st September 2026.
7.2 Every valid entry will be gathered into a single pool before the broadcast begins.
7.3 The three winners will be drawn at random during that live stream using a recognised randomisation tool, so that the process is fair, impartial and visible to anyone watching.
7.4 You do not need to be watching the live stream to win. Winners are contacted directly afterwards and nothing is lost by missing the broadcast.
7.5 If the live stream cannot go ahead for technical or other reasons outside the Promoter's control, the draw will still be carried out on the same date using the same randomised method, and the result will be published afterwards.
8. Letting the winners know
8.1 Winners will be emailed at the address they entered with, or the one linked to their qualifying order.
8.2 A reply is needed within 24 hours of that email being sent.
8.3 If we do not hear back in time, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and redraw a replacement winner in the same random way.
8.4 The Promoter cannot be held responsible if a notification email is filtered, blocked, sent to spam, deleted or simply never opened.
9. Getting the prize to you
9.1 Once a winner has confirmed they accept the prize, the Promoter will arrange for the bundle to be sent to the UK address they give us.
9.2 The Promoter is not responsible for delivery problems that arise because a winner supplied wrong or incomplete details.
9.3 Prizes are only sent to addresses in the UK.
9.4 Once a prize has been dispatched, the Promoter is not liable for loss, damage or delay, unless it was caused by the Promoter's own negligence.
10. Publicity and winner details
10.1 Winners' first names will be read out during the live draw and may also be posted on the Promoter's social media channels.
10.2 UK advertising rules mean the Promoter may have to pass winner details to a regulator, or to a member of the public who asks for them.
10.3 A winner can object to that disclosure on privacy or safety grounds, though a limited amount of information may still have to be shared with a regulator where the law requires it.
10.4 Taking part in any further publicity is entirely optional and refusing will not affect a winner's eligibility.
11. Your data
11.1 Any personal information you give us for this promotion is used only to run the draw, pick and contact the winners, and deliver the prizes.
11.2 If you separately opt in to marketing at checkout or elsewhere, that data is handled in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
11.3 We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties, other than where it is needed to deliver a prize, administer the promotion, or comply with the law.
11.4 Data is held securely and kept only for as long as it is needed.
12. Disqualification
An entrant may be removed from the draw for any of the following:
- Giving false, misleading or incomplete information
- Using bots, scripts, automated entry systems or bulk-entry services
- Entering more times than these terms allow
- Entering under more than one name, identity or email address
- Disrupting or interfering with the promotion
- Tampering with the entry process in any way
- Breaking these Terms & Conditions
- Behaving in a way that brings the Promoter into disrepute
The Promoter's decision on disqualification is final.
13. Liability
13.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Network outages, server problems, checkout errors, lost emails or other technical faults
- Entries that never reach us because of technical, delivery or communication issues
- Delivery problems caused by incorrect details supplied by a winner
- Any loss, damage, injury or disappointment arising from taking part
13.2 Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. No purchase necessary
This promotion is designed to operate as a free prize draw under UK law. Both entry routes offer the same chance of winning and no payment is required to enter via the free route.
15. General
15.1 The Promoter may change, pause, cancel or update these Terms & Conditions where there is a legal, regulatory, technical or operational reason to do so.
15.2 Any changes will be posted on the Promoter's website.
15.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15.4 Nothing in these terms gives any third party contractual or legal rights.
15.5 By entering, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
