Recommendation:

To extend the lifespan of your dartboard, it's advisable to remove the number ring periodically and rotate the dartboard by a few segments. By doing this, you'll distribute the wear and tear more evenly - particularly if you are hot on the 20's ! resulting in a longer-lasting dartboard.
